We had a quick stop at the Google office on our way to check into our hotel, The Toren. It was such an amazing hotel! Our room had an awesome view of a canal.

After checking in, we headed out on a walk to get our bearings of the city (listen to Rick Steves) and to figure out which canal tour to take.
We booked the last two spots on a pizza cruise. You picked the pizza type as you get on the boat and then partway through the tour, hot and fresh pizza was delivered along with ice cream. It was a fun way to see the canals and city at night.
The next morning we had a 9:45am appointment at the Anne Frank House - reservations are definitely recommended. You can't take photos while in the house, but I was able to take this photo on the way out of the museum area.

We had a tasty brunch before starting the Rick Steves Amsterdam City Walk.

We also did the Rick Steves Amsterdam walking tour and Red Light District walk, in daylight, so it was a bit more calm than at night. We walked through the night before walking back from the canal tour to the hotel. Throughout both walks we would pop into a pub to warm up and have a drink. I would thaw out with hot cocoa because it was so cold. Towards the end of our walks, it started snow/sleeting on us.
We thawed out and relaxed at hotel until it was time to head to the airport. Good thing we took a rideshare because there was a fire in the train tunnel to the airport!
And we're off on the last leg of the babymoon - Stockholm!
