Dang. I'm really behind.
I'll do a couple posts to catch up to now...ahem January 2015.
Fall 2013 was busy per usual. Got to participate in my first "cook" for my client. The team met up in Houston and we prepped the meat for next day to serve to some hungry techs.
We made our annual trek to Fredericksburg for my birthday weekend. Dinner was delicious at Der Lindenbaum. We checked out the National Museum of the Pacific War again. It is a fantastic museum that you need to check out. Wineries and Luckenbach were on the agenda too!
Early October brought a trip to Ft Worth/Arlington for a childhood friend's wedding. It was such a neat venue! The T & P station in Ft Worth:

Later on in October we took a flight to Little Rock to meet our new adorable niece. Ok, we saw a bunch of other family too :)

In November my cousin and brother came to visit us in Austin. We checked out
Jester King Brewery, Alamo Drafthouse for a Master Pancake show, and tried out
Midnight Cowboy. Should have taken more photos!
Later on in the month, we headed to Longview for Thanksgiving and camping out at the land (aka Turtlehaven).
Christmas was in Arlington this year. I taught myself how to etch glass for some gifts. Hard to see in the photo sorry!
